Here’s to the Edgefield Bakery and all their sweet creations!

Today, we want to raise a glass to our Edgefield Bakery and the lead pastry chef, Kristina Montaine. Kristina began her career at Papa Hayden in ’98 and then spent time baking wedding and birthday cakes for celebs in L.A. Now since joining us, she has been creating one gorgeous-delicious cake after another for our Edgefield weddings.

Some of the signature cake flavors include Chocoate Terminator Stout, Edgefield Blanc de Noir Champagne, Hummingbird and Oregon Marionberry-Hazelnut Cake. Any of which can be finished in a classic vanilla ivory or bright colors, with a simple buttercream or intricate fondant design. It’s been fun seeing the creative and personalized decorative ideas the couples come up with for the bakery to bring to life. Couples can then add their own flowers or cake topper, and we’ll take care of set-up, cutting and serving. We host complimentary tastings for our Edgefied weddings too.

    Do you also do graduation cakes? We have 2 of our family members graduating from pharmacy school at Pacific university May 19 and I am hosting a dinner at one of mcmenamins parlor rooms that evening 6-10pm and would love to order a cake for that event (15 people)
